ISA Activity Two (Water Hygiene)

 International Activity 2

 Title of the international activity: 

Water Hygiene was inspired by SDG 6 (Clean water and Sanitation): The project provides opportunity for students to explore ways of water preservation and filtration processes.

Water Hygiene:

1. Morning Assembly awareness within the school and around the neighborhood on healthy water hygiene practices. Students present live demonstration for simple Watering Filtration process in front of other students. 

 









1a. Grace School Students create hands-on equipment: a Water filter Project using transparent white plastic, cotton wool, Charcoal, sand, broken gravel, and small stones with dirty water.

 



3. Students Classroom field trip to a water treatment plant or a water packaging company. This also reinforce standard learning on industrial water filtration and hygiene. 

 







4.  Work with the partner school G.D Goenka Public School. Dwarka , New Delhi, India to exchange water purification options in their community. Students from Grace Schools and partner school, will share how water is treated and preserved in Nigeria and India, with Video chat on Google Meet.
